Why Try SUP Yoga
Challenge Your Practice
The water helps to engage your core stabilizer muscles, while making you more aware of your form.
Practicing yoga in nature keeps you fully present and gives you a much needed dose of vitamin D.
SUP yoga is fun, and it's a great way to get out on the water and meet new people.

Modifications will be offered so that this class is accessible to most students. Prior SUP or yoga experience is not necessary.
